I agree, reading helps a lot with stress. What do you read during those times?
Let me explain these 2 corrections:
"But do it is so good", I think you meant to say "but it (reading) is so good", like I corrected, but you could also say "but do it! It is so good" if you were also recommended trying it.
"I'll be not tired", the negative form of the "will" is either "will not" or "won't"; you need to add that first (modal) and then the other verbs; you negate the modal.
