Hi Robson,
If you are speaking in the past, you could say, "My vision went dark" or "My eyesight went blurry. hope this helps :)

If you could not or can't see anything (not nothing) then you have become blind or in past tense became blind. To correctly say nothing you tend to make a small change.
"I can't see nothing at all", or "I couldn't see nothing at all".
If you do not have an illness disease or condition that is or has made you blind. Then if it is only that the illness is affecting your eyes temporarily making them blurry for instance. Then you could say. "I felt unwell and my eyesight was temporarily affected and I was unable to see/focus properly"
Eyesight is what you see. Your vision has a nuance to it and can mean what you are able to see and also what you are able to imagine. Such that you can use in two different scenarios or even to describe what you are able to see.
"your eyesight became dim/dimmer" or "your eyesight was dimmed" or "Your vision was/became impaired".

Your "eyesight", "sight", or "vision" can weaken or be lost.
Only your "vision" can dim or become dark.
The difference is that "eyesight" refers to your capacity to see whereas your "vision" can ALSO be what you see.
