Hello! What's the difference between "I’m never doing this again/I will never do this again?" Why do they use the present continuous tense? Thank you so much!

They essentially are just different ways of saying the same thing. The reason why these phrases use the present tense is that they're being used during (or potentially immediately after) the activity being referenced.
