To add to Jessie's explanation . . . Unquestionable will usually refer to facts. Unquestioning usually refers to people. Ex. The cult's unquestioning obedience to their leader lead to their downfall.

unquestionable is undeniable, not capable of being challenged or proved wrong while unquestioning is believing without question or not expressing, marked by doubt or hesitation
