Well actually, it's not necessarily sexual (see the other answer). 'to moan' has two main meanings: 1. To make a noise (vocally) expressing suffering or pleasure - this can be words or inarticulate sounds Example: The old man moaned as he struggled to stand up. 2. To complain (often about something that other people think is not or in a way which is not appropriate to the situation) Example: Stop moaning. I know you wanted to go to a different restaurant this evening, but you might as well try and enjoy the food here, and we can go to the other restaurant next week. So, "Will you ever moan at me?" could mean "You are happy now, but in the future will you complain about what I do?"
