In course seminar, I watched Rakugo in English. Rakugo is a comic storytelling, and my course seminar teacher is a comic storyteller. We watched her Rakugo in the class. It was first time to watch Rakugo and English version was interesting. The title was “zoo”, and the story was a lazy man trying to get a job and he hired to work at zoo. It was easy to understand and translated in several languages. After watching Rakugo, we discussed about Rakugo and other Japanese performing arts. In our discussion, I asked them that which media is good for telling non-Japanese about Japanese performing arts. They answered YouTube the best, Netflix is good, and TV is not good. I agree them because many people can watch YouTube and Netflix, but TV is watched by Japanese. It was very interesting to discuss and know about Japanese performing arts. I am Japanese but I don’t actually watch most of the performing arts. It was good chance to know about Japanese culture in this class.

Is your teacher the creator writer of Rakugo? If so, you can put HER back in. DISCUSSED means TALKED ABOUT, so you don't need DISCUSSED ABOUT. RAKUGO is repeated a lot - replace it with prounouns sometimes. On the other hand, don't use a pronoun, if it has not yet been made clear who/what it refers to (I asked THEM - - - we dont' know who THEM is).
