It depends who that someone is, the creator or a guest. Either preposition works for the creator but only “with” works for the guest.

'With' is used for shows, podcasts, etc, where the person is acting as the host, is presenting the show, etc. 'By' is more for things like books, articles, etc, where it is written or created by the person.
