One Peruvian dish that I really like is ceviche. I’ll begin by saying that It's so delicious. Not only Peruvians eat it, but foreigners also express how delicious it is. Secondly, It is easy to prepare. Because of that, during the year It is so Common to find restaurants serving ceviche, it is very popular no matter the social class. In conclusion, I love ceviche due to its flavor and because I can eat it everywhere because it is part of our customs.
