How would you pronounce this?
Many native speakers would actually not pronounce the word "and" clearly, but rather substitute it with a "'n" sound.
This is common in English, as it is in other stress-timed languages.
This is also the reason why English pronunciation can be particularly tricky for learners whose L1 is not stress, but rather syllable-timed.
Some examples would be Chinese or Spanish.
