Hello, this doesn't have any glaring errors, and the first sentence is perfect. I would change as per the below:

The key point, or fundamental shift, here is that we should just try everything we do or try to use all resources to find our natural rhythm, and then we can utilize it to the best. 

This way you don't have to repeat the words "here is". You can put your alternative description for "the key point" directly after, as I have above, rather than after the verb. In the structure in my correction also means you should not put "the" before "fundamental shift". Also note that the commas around "or fundamental shift" are not necessary where the sentence is so short, so you can write the sentence both with and without them. 

Stylistically, I would add that you have repeated "natural rhythm" and it would flow better if you used a synonym the second time. Perhaps you could find one that further describes what you want to say in your sentence. 

You have also said "we should *just*" two times. I think varying the sentence structure would help here too. Perhaps you could say "it is important to", "everyone ought to". Further, adding "just" two times does not sound natural. If you mean that we should "only" do seek to find our natural rhythm, or that we should "simply" seek to find our natural rhythm, use one of those two (or neither) the second time.
