Not usually, but note that "deliberately" has an additional meaning: To do something in a careful and unhurried way.

A good question. They both mean the same thing but 'deliberately' has connotations of blame and wrong-doing. It is most often used in negative situations, for example. 'He deliberately stole from me.' 'She kicked me deliberately.'
