Do they both have the same meaning? How can I say the first sentence in different ways?
1) We have the mentality that our children will be brought up to be accepting of what anyone wants to do in life.
2) We have the mentality that our children will be brought up with acceptance of what anyone wants to do in life.

I agree with Jen. I also think it might be more natural to say 'we have the expectation that ...'

Hi Farhana, to me they both mean the same thing, but I would probably change it just so it sounds a little bit more natural:
"Our mentality is that our children will be brought up to accept what anyone wants to do in life."
