Either one is good. "Brew" is a little more specific, meaning the actual process of running a coffee maker/using a French press, etc.
"Make" could mean just pouring yourself a cup and adding sugar to it :)

Brew is the verb of having the flavor of the coffee being extracted for long hours. When you put the coffee in water for 12+ hours.
Making coffee is doing a normal cup of coffee, both are right though :)
