Ach jo - we use it when something unfortunate/unpleasant happens/will happen so for example Ach jo, proč se to děje jenom mně? (Ehh, why does it only happen to me?) Ach jo, zítra máme test. (Ehh, tomorrow we have an exam.) No jo - this one is used in an accepting way or when you understand something. So for example, if you say it with enthusiasm- No jo! Máš pravdu. (Oh yes, you're right!) If you say it with a different tone - - Honza je hrozně hloupý. - - No jo, ale má dobré srdce.- (John is really stupid. Yeah, but he has a good heart/he's a good person)

Ach jo is often used when you complain about something. Ah jo zase jsem udělal chybu. (Eeew I made a mistake again) No jo is used when you accept the situation or when you suddenly realise something. No jo, to je pravda, opravdu vypadá skvěle. (Yeah that's true she really looks amaizing) No jo on byl úkol.- this means that I suddenly remembered that we had to do homework
