I watched a farmer documentary and got confused about this conversation. Please kindly advise.
Reporter said : "What do you love the most about being a farmer?"
Farmer said : "Just the connection to the animals and people.
Just what it attracts, that feeling of just being grounded."
What does "just what it attracts, that feeling of just being grounded" means?
Does it mean being a farmer is a fascinating job and the feeling of being a farmer makes him understand the importance of ordinary things in life.?
Sorry for my English, I'm trying to search the meaning of each word.
However, it makes me more confused.
Please kindly advise.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi. Yes, I think you've understood it quite well. Also, I think that there may be a typo. It should be:
"Just that..."

Hello! Yes, you've understood it quite well. The farmer says he likes his connections with animals and people and he also likes the other baneficts that these connections attract, such as the feeling of being grounded (= sensible or mature)
