Are these sentences OK? I called a restaurant, etc. for a take-out order. If I say; I'm here to pick up my take-out order. or I've come to pick up my take-out order.

They are correct but it is not necessary to say 'take-out'. 'Pick up' already means that you are here to collect something and take it away from that place. It is repetitive so it sounds a little unnatural.

Yes! Both are correct, and little formal but good to use.
