Hello Yasi,
-Kolan = Could either mean "completely" or "in general" depending on the context.
-Ro = Is the preposition "on"
-Mokh = is the colloquial version of "brain" or "nerves". And the "-i" ending refers to 2nd person singular "you"
Once put together "Kolan ro mokhi" translates to "you're completely on my nerves" or "you're generally on my nerves". Keep in mind that this is an informal phrase used amongst friends and not your elders.
All the best in your Farsi learning journey. Feel free to ask more questions :)

🤪 I love this one! This expression can be said at the end of a heated nerve-racking discussion: so you say something like: Overall, you’re a pain in the neck (or another body part to be more precise). Kolan could mean all in all or overall and roo molkh is anything or anyone that is a nuisance.
