A pointless meaningless English language teaching exercise. The answer you want us all to select is the last answer, but you can reverse the order of that sentence and it would still be correct. "Go to bed, it's late Helen" equals same as "It's late Helen go to bed" . Also there are hundreds of ways a native could would or can phrase that question.
There are two sentences constructions you hear in English some speakers put at the front of the sentence what others put at the end. Although English language courses teach your construction. This is bad for learners who wrongly believe when they arrive to the UK the speakers who reverse the sentence that, that person is speaking incorrectly. When they are not.
