Today, I am going to talk about three things what I do every day to stay healthy, such as exercise, meals, and sleep.
I jog every week with my friends to stay healthy. I often go to the beach, and I play badminton with my friends. Before jogging I stretch to prevent injury. When I find a park, I do exercises from the radio.
In addition, I think breakfast is very important, so I try not to skip breakfast every morning. I do not like vegetables, but I try to get a lot of vegetables. Especially I do not like tomatoes, but I try to eat them to be creative for picky eaters, such as using them in meat sauce or baking them. I grow vegetables in my garden because it is healthier than the vegetables I buy at the supermarket.
About sleep, I sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every day for my health. I think that sleeping is very important thing for our health. Because when I was a child, I slept 9 hours a day and I grew in height a lot. I try to sleep at least seven hours a day to improve my performance. Because if I am sleepy, I fall asleep during class and I cannot get a good score.
I want to keep doing it and do more things than I do now to stay in shape in the future.
