A. Wrong. Can't use plural with an uncountable or singular noun.
B. Wrong. Can't use "any" in an affirmative statement.
C. Wrong. Can't use a "double negative" in modern standard English.
D. Correct. Singular verb, negation with "not any". Another correct option would be C without the "not": "There is no sugar in my coffee."

D. There isn’t any
The reason we use “any” is because sugar consists of many small particles, so even though sugar is one thing, the parts that make up sugar are numerous. I hope this helps!
