They share many interests. Their students like to listen to them and follow the suggestions they given about future education or life . Then the students graduate and young students come. Slowly, they become much older than their students. They have not been the friends of their students, they are like uncles or aunts to their students. They seldom care about the fads among their students. They have to spend more time on their own families, even their mind and knowledge are still stay in the past. They feel the stress from their young colleagues. If you want to be a good techer, you should learn new things every day. This is very different from doctors. As for doctors, The more patients they treat, the more experiences they get. The experience can help them to be a good doctor. Teachers need to be respected, they devote their whole lives to be a good teacher, but we just see their disadvantages. It's not fair!
