What’s the difference between 부딪히다 and 부딪치다?
Example:
I accidentally hit a cat on the road with a car

If I have attention (의도) to hit the cat with car, what should I say?

부딪치다 = 건배!라고 외치며 잔을 부딪쳤다. (They shouted cheers and clapped their glasses.)
부딪히다 = 건배 소리와 함께 잔이 부딪혔다. (With the sound of cheers, the glasses clashed.)

부딪치다 = 의도해서 부딪치는 행위
(예)시비를 걸기 위해서 일부러 어깨를 부딪쳤다. = I deliberately bumped my shoulder to start an argument.)

부딪히다 = 의도하지 않았는데 부딪힌 것 
(예) 핸드폰을 보면서 걸었다. 나무에 부딪혔다 = I walked and looked at my phone. Then he bumped into a tree..)

1. 고양이에(x), 고양이를(x), 고양이와(o)
부딪혔다(o) / 부딪쳤다 (o)
-> 나는 실수로 길에서 차로 고양이와 부딪혔다 / 부딪쳤다.
