In some Spanish speak countries, people use TÚ consequently a sentence is: TÚ ABRES LA PUERTA.
In my country (Argentina) and other countries people use VOS as a result the sentence is:
VOS ABRÍS LA PUERTA.
In fact, there is a third way to express the same: USTED as a consequence the sentence is:
USTED ABRE LA PUERTA.
The meaning is the same, tú/vos/usted = You.
In my country we use USTED only to talk to elderly people. USTED also might be used to talk to your boss, your teacher, your doctor. It's a respectful way to talk to.
In Spanish grammar if you use TÚ, VOS or USTED, you must slightly change the verb. The conjugation will be ABRES, ABRÍS or ABRE.

There's no difference. Is the same verbal time for two different forms of you in Spanish. "Tú abres" (you open) "vos abrís" (you open). In some regions the pronoun "vos" is conjugated with a different set of verbs so "vos abrís" becomes " vos abristeís".
