We use Present Continuous/ Progressive tense for action in progress now or around now.
So here the speaker means you are doing a great job now

Continuous tense is used for actions happening in the moment.
I am going to the shop right now (this is happening while I am speaking)

I go to the shop every day (routine, habit, repeated action.)
