Hi. In my opinion, I feel it is more correct to ask: What are your hobbies? What hobbies do you do? if you say, "What hobbies do you have?" it suggests ownership eg. an item you own. If you were talking about qualifications, it would be absolutely correct to say, "What degrees do you have?" I stand to be corrected.
