King John had to count as an enemy many a powerful baron who’s daughter or sister or wife he had dishonoured. What does (dishonoured) mean here?

The first thing is that who's is the incorrect spelling. It should be whose. Dishonoured means 'remove the honour from'. So, in the context of the day, it could mean courting someone and then not marrying them. It could mean a number of things. But that is one of them.
