Hi, I have a question about English. I would be appreciated if you could check for me. email chain? email loop? When I write business emails, I sometimes had to use those sentences, but I was always curious about the correct word. Ex) I will write an email in another mail chain. Ex) I will write an email in another mail loop. Ex) I received the information from another mail chain. Ex) I received the information from another mail loop. Thank you

Hi Nago In business email communication, the terms "email chain" and "email thread" are commonly used to refer to a series of emails that are related to a particular topic or conversation. The term "email loop" is less commonly used and can sometimes refer to a situation where an email is sent repeatedly to the same group of people. So, in your sentences, it would be more appropriate to use "email chain" or "email thread" instead of "email loop". Here are the corrected sentences: - I will write an email in another email chain/thread. - I received the information from another email chain/thread. Using "email chain" or "email thread" is more common and will be more easily understood by your colleagues and clients in a business context. I hope this helps :)
