Hey Alyosha!
When something "works around you" or "around your schedule" that usually means that it works well with you, like it fits, it is comfortable. So I would say a/....because this hasn't got much of anything to do with helping to improve your schedle.

It means to work according to or with your schedule. Basically to accommodate you.

A Is the closest answer. It means the services won't disturb your schedule, you will be able to do what you need to do without canceling plans.

I’m curious what the context is? But I would say A — the idea is that your schedule is already planned and that they will find time that is free within that plan (ie work “around” the times you are not free). Does that make sense?
