Which one is grammatically correct? Please explain the reason behind it. 1) I am blessed to have you. 2) I am blessed having you.

1 is correct. For 2, you'd need something to complete the sentence, e.g. I'm blessed, having you as my partner/friend/helper/assistant/ leader. Hope this helps :)

'I am blessed to have you' is more common. However, it's possible to say, "I'm blessed having you as my friend." Both the gerund and the infinitive can follow 'bless' without a change in meaning.
