How do you say this another way?
I don't feel like you right now.
Does it mean;
I don't want you with me right now.

I agree with Claire. This is a strange sentence so it's quite difficult to answer your question. Maybe if we have more context we can be more helpful.

Maybe: "I don't feel like being around you right now"?

It's a strange sentence. Where did you find it?
It could mean 'I am not in the mood for you' / 'I don't want you' because it has the same structure as 'I don't feel like pizza tonight' - 'I'm not in the mood for pizza' / 'I don't want pizza'. but it's on odd thing to say to a person. It would be more natural to say 'I don't feel like being with you tonight' or 'I don't feel like spending time with you tonight'.
It could also mean 'I don't feel similar to you tonight' because it has the same structure as 'I feel like a princess' - 'I feel similar to a princess'. Again, this is an odd thing to say. Maybe the speaker means 'I don't understand you tonight' - they don't behave similar feelings.
It's hard to know what the speakereans without context because it's not a natural sentence.
