Howdy Sofya, “travel” can be a verb OR a noun!
For example:
“Travel is expensive this time of year.” (noun)
“I will travel for work next week.” (verb)
This is true for many English words.
Consider “walk”:
“I think I will walk to the store.” (verb)
“My walk to the store was uneventful.” (noun)
This is true for words like: towel, pen, table, bed, book, slice, blanket, fall, floor, surprise, bag, head, film, cramp, pain, hand, push….the list is huge
