If used as an end-of-day greeting to a large audience...
Good night for everyone! = Unnatural wording. It's not technically wrong grammar, but people don't speak like this.
Good night to everyone! = A bit more natural. This is sometimes said, but it's a rare tone of voice. It's not a common way of speaking.
Good night everyone! = The main way to say it. This is perfectly natural. Everyone speaks like this.
But if you're telling someone that you're "about to say goodnight to everyone" then you would use "to" when talking about saying it. For example, "Hey Joe, I'm about to say goodnight to everyone! Is it fine?" Then when you actually come to say it to everyone, you would omit the "to". For example "Well Joe, now the time has come for me to say Goodnight to everyone... Goodnight everyone!"

You would say 'to everyone'. For example:
I said goodnight to everyone before I left the party. Here you are reporting what you said
However, if you are addressing everyone - speaking to them, don't use 'to'. For example,
Before I left the party, I shouted, "Goodnight, everyone!" Here, these are the exact words you said.

"Good night to everyone" is correct. ✅
"Good night for everyone" is unnatural unless you mean the night itself was good for everyone.
