My Vocabulary Building 05 (somehow/ somewhat/ somewhere/ anyhow/ anywhere/ nowhere) I have a difficulty to use these words in my speaking English because this kind of adverbs for asking questions (how/ what/ where) should not be put after any adjectives for describing amount in my Chinese thinking mind. It is hard for me to jump out from this Chinese thinking mind when I am concentrating on the topics, instead of using my new words, during my English conversation. Let see if more English speaking practices can help me to improve this weakness. Somehow > stop saying "I don't know why but ??" Somewhat > stop saying "to some extent" Somewhere > stop saying "in a place I dun know/ I have forgotten" Anyhow > A stronger version of "anyway" Anywhere > means "at any place" Nowhere > stop saying "no place at all" Writing Practice: In one of my strange dreams, somehow I have defeated Bruce Lee at a Kufung competition although I was hurt somewhat. And then, the celebration firework coming from somewhere has woken me up, but I got back to sleep anyhow. During my next dream, I wanted to find Bruce Lee for Kufung fighting again, but he was nowhere to be found. I was wondering if there was anywhere to compete with other Kufung masters openly.

Somewhat > stop saying "to some extent" Somewhere > stop saying "in a place I don’t know/I have forgotten" Anyhow > A stronger version of "anyway" Anywhere > means "at any place" Nowhere > stop saying "no place at all" Writing Practice: In one of my strange dreams, somehow I defeated Bruce Lee at a Kufung competition although I was somewhat hurt. Then, celebration fireworks that were coming from somewhere woke me up, but I fell back asleep none the less (“anyhow” is more natural at the beginning of a sentence to change the topic) In my next dream, I wanted to find Bruce Lee to fight him again, but he was nowhere to be found. I was wondering if there was anywhere I could compete with other Kufung masters.
