how do you say "hungry" in your language?

in my country there are some ways to say "hungry". lapar, belum makan, etc. how about you, how do you say "hungry" in your language?

in Spanish we say:

hambriento (singular masculine), hambrienta (singular feminine) , hambrientas (plural feminine) , hambrientos (plural masculine).

In Turkish we say 'Açım'

İt means that I am hungry. 
just 'hungry'= Aç

In Greek we say πεινασμένος= Hungry

I think it is very interseting to know how to say "hungry" in different langguange, even i dont know how to pronounce it, beacuse the accent is very different

There is only one way to say it (I think, at least). 'Hunger' is 'fome', and 'hungry' is 'faminto'. But the last one is a very formal word, nobody says it in daily life.

 

I'm hungry = estou (or tô) com fome --- literally 'I'm with hunger'.

 

@Murillo, I swear I've never head 'brocado' during my whole life. Maybe it's a slang in Goiás, but I live in Brasilia which is only two hours by car away. And 'tenho fome' sounds like you have been hungry for a long time
