I won't be able to come to office today because abug went inside my left ear and it was so painful just came back from hospital.

Your statement contained seveal mistakes in English.  Try this:

 

I won't be able to come to the office today, because an insect entered my left ear.  It was so painful that I had to seek medical help at a hospital, and I just returned home.
