Some people believe that world is much less safe today than it used to be. There are still many wars being fought and high tech weapons are sold openely to any country that want to buy them. In cities, voilent crime is increasing every year.

My Answer:
There has been a considerable arguments heard offlate over the topic," world becoming more unsafe to raise childre". there are plehora of opinions given by people both in agreement and disagreement. As far as i observed, todays world has changed in such a way that no one has ever dreamt it to be. And unfortunately, the changes are effecting the mankind in a more negative way than it should be.And children, being not matured enough to make out what is right and what is wrong being effected more when compared to adults. I agree that it has become a dangerous task to bring uo children for the reasons I outlie in this essay.
When observed carefully, there has been many wars fought during this decade for many reasons like power, resource and geographical invasions. All the countries that being involved in the war are apparently not so concerned either about the citizens or about the children what a lethal environment they are creating for young lifes. There are few nations like Syria, where children are vulnerable to get out of the home even to get a proper education as they are being afraid of getting killed. This may have a far reaching effects not only on individuals future but the economy of the nation as well.
Another important scenario that need worlds attention is over advertising or telecasting of violence on media. With the technological advancements, use of social media has become prevalent particularly among the cities and the ubiquitous display of voilence over media influencing the innocent kids in a dangerous way. Children are being ncouraged to take path of voilence at very tender age overseeing the fact that they are ruining thei own life.
There was a tabloid news recently about a secondary school student in USAwho killed his teacher by firing a pistol which shook the whole world in surprise and left developed countries in disgrace. This incidence proves how voilence is effecting juvellians and how weapons are easily available even to a common citiizen.
