Hi! A really good trick that worked for me was hear music, read the lyrics of that song and sing it,  at that way you can hear the pronunciation, repeat it and your tongue is getting used to the language. And especially with faster songs like hiphop :) 

thats exactly the problem i major in english studies this year and speaking is so important now but i only speak with myself still didnt found an english partner, thank for the tips :)

Monique is right. For me, I found listening and talking are the best. It should be fun too. Using Music, Movies, Tv Shows, and Audiobooks on subjects I like has helped me a lot with my target languages. 

And I second what Monique has said... I'd also add writing to your routine!
