What is the difference between 77 and 67

I don't see any difference between soixante-dix-sept and soixante-sept if the letter T is pronounced in Soixante. So how can I tell if it is 77 or 67? Do we suppose to pronounce the /di/ in dix? But I also notice something like /de/ in Soixante-sept... What should I do?

Il faut aller en Belgique, là ils disent soixante-sept (67) et septante-sept (77)..   ;-)

77 is pronounced like \swa.sɑ̃t.di.sɛt\ ( Composé de soixante et dix-sept : 60 + 17 )

67 is pronounced like \swa.sɑ̃t.sɛt\ (Composé de soixante et sept)

Maybe it is hard for you to hear the difference because in mandarin there is no difference between "t" and "d" sound.

There is no /de/ in soixante-sept.

Try this (French people pronouncing it) :

 - 67 : http://fr.forvo.com/word/soixante-sept/#fr

 - 77 : http://fr.forvo.com/word/soixante-dix-sept/#fr

Pronunciation:

67 = soixan sept

77 = soixan dix sept

This is the difference in pronunciation. Very big indeed!
