I believe one uses this expression to express that no matter what, you will deal with what is in front of you and move on. Life will go on.

Jorge, your question is impossible to answer.

You need to understand something very important about English phrasal verbs - their meaning is entirely dependent on context.  With ordinary vocabulary, you can look a word up in a dictionary and find an explanation or a translation very easily. You cannot do this with phrasal verbs.

The combination of words 'get' and 'through' can have dozens of different meanings. The meaning depends on the context and how these words fit with the other words in the sentence. The only way anyone can tell you the meaning is if you give a full sentence with as much context as possible.

Hola, esto significa superar o sobrevivir.

Por ejemplo "I don't know how I will get through all these exams"

No se como sobrevivire todos estos examenes
