This topic has been discussed many times. I am of the opinion that WEChat/whatsapp groups are not really a very effective way of improving your oral English. IT is better to get a single partner and practise on a regular basis.

practice your mistakes and make them even more fixed. not a good idea practicing with other language learners. You will learn bad English including bad pronunciation, bad grammar and so on. If you want to practice just practice in your bedroom. english tutors are not expensive, it's better to practice with teachers than with friends
