Hi Taqdees,

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you asking why you are not receiving replies? Please understand that not every user has time to reply to every answer, discussion, or notebook entry. Most of us are not on Italki all the time; we are here when we can find time to learn languages.

It's simple. Either they are not looking for language partners at all, or they think you are not a suitable language partner for them.

Here is a few tips you can try.


1. Check the last visited day. They might not using this service for a while.

2. Read their profile. Consider if you can give what they want.

3. Be specific. Don't just say "hi". 

4. Write your profile. 

5. Wait for a while. This is not a business email. I've got some of replies more than 5 days after I sent a message.

It depends  on how you formulate your question. Many guys here just are not able to show the aim of sending their message.

So How can i reply to question if i even dont understand why someone wrote to me and what he/she wants from me ?
