This is one of my favourites motivational quotes, it makes me think that it's never too late, and it also inspires me to start making the changes I wanna see. "Today is the first day of the rest of your life" What better day to start chasing your goals or dreams than today?

Today is the best day to make changes.
There's a similar proverb : 种树最好的时机是二十年前，其次就是现在。(the best time to plant a tree was two decades ago. the second best time is now).
