"I'm not jealous, I'm envious. Jealousy is when you worry someone will take what you have. Envy is wanting what someone else has. What I feel is envy."

- Homer Simpson.

It means everyone wants what you have or wants to be who you are.  You can be jealous of someone without disliking them or being resentful.

I agree with Ela and Homer Simpson. When native English speakers say “jealous”, they usually mean “envious” (I think that’s 羨慕 in Mandarin). As for the exact meaning of “Everyone is jealous of you”, it could mean absolutely anything, depending on the context.
