Hi Maria
I guess I prefer to travel alone. When I travel by myself, I can always choose what I want to do, to eat, to visit, where to go, etc. And, let's be honest, we never travel alone: we always meet a bunch of other travelers from over the world - so I guess, maybe it's even the best way to meet new friends and other cultures?
That's my honest opinion, I look forward to other comments!
Regards
Karen
Travelling alone gives me a chance to "hear a silence" , to hear natural sounds of a place I am in, to stay more where I want, to consentrate only on my feelings and true emotions.
Perhaps It sounds strange but when I travel alone I make much more friends in foreign countries than travelling with a company. I like to wake up early in the morning even during my rest and I cannot afford It when I live with my friends - they are such sleepyheads))

Both. Even when when I travel with friends, we sometimes split in different directions and then regroup. But yeah, it can be stressful trying to coordinate 4 or 5 people.
I guess you can get the best of both worlds if you go from city to city together but then you're free to explore each city on your own or as a group. If everyone is mature enough, there will be no hard feelings.
