I am living in Chile and honestly, if you want a social life here? No bedtimes before midnight. Latin life rolls on late into the night.

I use to sleep at 1:00 to 2:00 A.M on vacation time, but when I am working, I use to sleep at 9:00 P.M, in order to wake up very early, as I am a doctor. But as I am in vacation time now, I use to sleep at 1:00 A.M.

Thank you for the comments. I imagined your life style.
The lack of sleeping causes sick, sleeping is the most important. I can sleep within 3 minutes.
The suitable sleeping time must be depends on the person.
