Disculpe= excuse me

Lo siento= sorry

Sometimes they have the same meaning.

You can also use: "perdón"

''Disculpe'' when you want to go through a group of people and you only say: Excuse me

''Lo siento'' means you regret something you do

you can use both when you regret something, but the first one sometimes people use in situations like I explain you before

And I think that disculpe is most frequently used with old age people or somebody like a boss, minister or president. Lo siento is used in a familiar context or with somebody that you already know.
