When we use this preposition? I found sentences in the form below. Any one  can explain when we use in or at  in this form?

"S Verb in the (adverb) place"
"S Verb at the (adverb)  place"

The general rule is that we use "in" when we think of a place as

a) a space with dimensions, like a container e.g. a room

b) a point (like on a map, without dimensions)

Many places can be considered in both ways depending on our context

e.g. I will meet you at the restaurant (at this point on the map - perhaps at the door, on the street outside or inside - it doesn't matter)

e.g. I will meet you in the restaurant (inside the building - not anywhere else)

We say "in the city, in London" not "at".

Try to notice the different uses of "in" and "at" with places when reading.

Malam, Bu Diana

Yang benar adalah:

"S + Verb + preposition "in" + adverb of place, bukan (noun) place
