I always tell my students that podcasts are a great way to improve their listening skills. You get to listen to two or more people having a casual conversation. Sometimes it's a professional conversation if, for example, the subject of the podcast is a scientific one.

My favorite podcast is The Joe Rogan Experience but most of my students prefer podcasts about learning English.
