Proposing a new time
I have a schedule lesson next week and need to request a new date. Does anyone know how to do that?

Go in the menu to “my lessons” and then click on the lesson you want to reschedule. There’ll be two buttons:
<ul><li>change date/time </li><li>cancel lesson</li></ul>
Click on “change date/time“. There you can select a new time. After you sent the request to your teacher you need to wait for them to confirm it.

Try this:

<ol><li>Log in and go to "My Lessons"</li><li>Find the teacher with whom you have a lesson booked and click on his/her picture.</li><li>A screen should then appear via which you can message your teacher to reschedule the class.</li></ol>

I think there might be another way to do this but it depends on how much notice you are able to give.
