@Gregory

"Most italki teachers speak very clearly, which is opposite to real life in British cities."

Most teachers (anywhere in the world) speak clearly and formally because they believe students should learn formal speaking first.

However, what you hear in real life is the informal speech or casual speech. This kind of speech has different phonological processes. It's automatic for native speakers to switch between formal/informal speech but it comes with a lot of rules for a non-native speaker to speak with casual speech.

My recommendation is that you try to learn and confirm if you pronounce and hear the standard RP sounds correctly. British English dictionary only comes with the RP pronunciation.

The next step is to learn various phonological processes such as assimilation, elision, intrusion, thought group, pause, prominence, weak form, contraction, word stress, sentence stress and intonation pattern separately. Ask question here on Italki if you can't find a teacher who can teach these to you in British accent.

The final step is to put together various phonological processes into your paragraph reading and then speaking.

I will take your advice.
I do it more to improve my understanding of the natives.

Any accent because I know it is really hard to find a person with difficult accent on italki.

Don't do that learn to pronounce in a clear manner in whatever accent you naturally have, or whichever accent you naturally develop.You will be considered to be uneducated and uncouth, also there are many cockney and Manchester accents, which particular area within those two large areas and what time zone in history are you interested in?.
